To keep your jewelry organized, or for a different means to present your collection, try using a jewelry display tree. You will discover a tree to be very functional.
Traditionally, jewelers have used T-Bar displays for presenting necklaces, pendants, and bracelets. For a change, consider the unique look of a handmade jewelry tree. Each tree can be originally-designed, and made to match any overall theme of your display, collection, or store. They do add a bit of flair and style, versus the basic display catalog type displays.
You never how your creative style and effort may be the key to making a sale. Often, buyers are looking for something unique and if they happen upon your collection, presented in a unique manner, they are more opt to see the uniqueness in the jewelry you are presenting as well.
Though you can purchase, or make a tree any size, just be cautious not to have it be over-bearing; try to keep the same style and sizes of your other displays and collections. A good height might be 17 inches to 21 inches.
The finishes of a tree could be almost anything. Again, you will want to match the theme of your other displays. An example would be…if you are using stainless steel-finished display cases or trays, you may want to present a tree in the same finish, versus something gold-finished. If you other displays are, say, pastel, you may get away with something flowery. Again, subtly bring attention and your creative style to help sell your merchandise.
Tree’s are not just for your necklaces and pendants…consider adding smaller versions for earrings, such as hoop’s etc. Sometimes, leaving them in display pouches or tray divider sections, you may not be presenting them in the best lighting conditions. Although, you do need to consider security, as trees make it much easier to gain access to jewelry.
Whether you have display trees standing on a countertop with a base, or have them mounted, they will provide a different feel to your visitors. They also help define and organize your collections into their appropriate categories.
